Columbia, MO – Tigers Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Teran from Trainer to Training Manager.
In her new role, Teran will be responsible for overseeing and managing all training functions within the department. She will lead the planning, development, and implementation of training initiatives throughout the credit union, identify organizational training needs, and develop programs that support employee growth and success. This promotion reflects the expanded leadership role she will play in supporting employee learning and ensuring the continued effectiveness of Community’s training programs.
