Tigers Community Credit Union promotes Dietrich to VP of Retail Operations and Organizational Development

Columbia, Missouri – Tigers Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Robyn Dietrich, AVP of Organizational Development and Learning, to Vice President of Retail Operations and Organizational Development.

In her new role, Dietrich will oversee the credit union’s branch network while continuing to lead organizational development initiatives. Drawing on 17 years of credit union experience, she will focus on enhancing the member experience, developing employees, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

“I love challenges, and I know this role is going to teach me a lot while ensuring I get to teach others as well,” said Dietrich. ” I am excited to enhance the systems and tools that help our branches deliver outstanding service and meet our members’ evolving needs.”

Dietrich joined Tigers Community Credit Union in 2009 and has held a variety of roles throughout her tenure, building extensive experience in branch operations, training, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. She has led initiatives that support employee growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement, and has recently earned her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
