Columbia, Mo. – Tigers Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Joshua Patterson to Assistant Branch Manager of its branch located at 3310 Bluff Creek Drive, Columbia, MO 65201.
In his new role, Patterson assists with the daily operations of the branch, supports employee development and coaching, helps drive organizational goals, and works to ensure members receive an exceptional banking experience. He also partners with branch leadership to strengthen team performance and contribute to the branch’s overall success.
“Over the last five years at Tigers Community, I’ve had the chance to get to know so many great members and be part of a team that genuinely cares about making a difference,” Patterson said. “I’m excited to step into this new role at and see what the future holds.”

With nearly 10 years of banking experience, Patterson is passionate about building relationships and helping both members and employees succeed. “What I enjoy most is helping members achieve their financial goals and supporting employees as they grow in their careers,” Patterson said. “This is my first credit union, and I plan to stick around.”
