Columbia, Mo. – Robyn Dietrich has been promoted to Director of Organizational Development at Tigers Community Credit Union. In her new role, Dietrich is responsible for the development and implementation of all learning activities throughout the credit union. She will direct diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, engage with leaders regarding employee development and manage the credit union’s knowledge management program.
“Robyn has held several positions in her 14-year credit union career. Most recently she was the Training Manager here at Tigers Community Credit Union,” said Lorene Meyer, VP of Human Resources and Training. “I know she will continue to maintain and enhance the standards of the credit union’s talent by providing comprehensive programs from the start of employment and as needed throughout the employment journey. I look forward to continuing to support her growth at Tigers Community.”
