Columbia, Mo. – West Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Winning to Consumer Lending Underwriting Manager.
In his new role, Winning leads the credit union’s underwriting team and helps ensure consistent lending decisions that support both members and the organization. He works closely with lending teams to review loan applications, manage risk, improve processes, and support the growth and development of underwriting staff.
“I started my career at Tigers Community as a Loan Officer working directly with members, and that experience has stayed with me throughout my time in underwriting,” said Winning. “I enjoy finding solutions that help members reach their goals and improve their financial well-being. Whether it helps someone save money, lower a payment, purchase a vehicle or strengthen their overall financial situation, it’s rewarding to know our work has a positive impact.”
Zach Churchill, Chief Lending Officer, said Winning’s promotion reflects both his extensive lending expertise and commitment to member service.
