Tigers Community Credit Union Promotes Flynn to Vice President, Core Systems and Automation

O’Fallon, Mo. — Tigers Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Austin Flynn to Vice President, Core Systems and Automation, recognizing his leadership, depth of experience, and significant contributions to the organization’s technology and operational strategy.

In his new role, Flynn oversees the credit union’s core banking platform, operational systems, and automation strategy to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient member services. He leads the modernization and automation initiatives designed to improve long-term flexibility, reduce operational risk, and enhance both the member and employee experience.

Flynn has been with Tigers Community Credit Union for more than four years and has over 25 years of experience in the credit union industry. His background spans branch operations, lending, and management, providing him with a strong operational foundation. Over the past eight years, he has focused on technology support roles, where he has driven automation, improved operational efficiency, and implemented solutions that strengthen organizational performance.
