Johnson joins Tigers Community Credit Union as AVP of Digital Engagement 

Columbia, Mo. – Tigers Community Credit Union is excited to announce the appointment of Shannon Johnson as the Assistant Vice President of Digital Engagement. Johnson will lead the team responsible for managing the credit union’s digital platforms including Online and Mobile banking, ATMs/ITMs, and credit and debit card programs.

In this role she will use data analysis to provide insight into member behaviors and industry trends as it pertains to digital forms of banking. The approach to managing, analyzing and interpreting data results from multiple interfaces will translate findings into the best recommendations and solutions for credit union’s members.
