Columbia, Mo. – Tigers Community Credit Union is pleased to announce Heidi D. Douthit as their E-Branch Manager. In her role, Douthit is responsible for leading the E-Branch team and managing the day-to-day operations of the department.
“The E-Branch is the central point for all member interactions including phone calls, emails, texts and web chat,” said Rachael McCarthy, Director of Member Solutions. “Heidi’s extensive 16-year background in the credit union industry has proven beneficial to helping serve members with all their needs regarding their credit union account.”
“Our team is directly responsible for the quality of the credit union’s member service,” said Douthit. “I love being able to focus on proper member-care and staff development collectively.”
Douthit believes that helping members the right way is the only way to fulfill their needs. She is most excited about leading the E-Branch team to daily and long-term success.
