Columbia, Mo. – West Community Credit Union is excited to announce Ben Willard’s promotion to Director of Branch Operations. Willard will be responsible for operational excellence and compliance of all branch offices. This includes seven branches in St. Louis, St. Louis County and St. Charles County and their three Tigers Community Credit Union branches in Columbia, Missouri. Tigers Community Credit Union is a division of West Community Credit Union.
“Ben most recently served as Regional Branch Manager where he has optimized overall performance in his branches,” said Kathy Gahr, Vice President of Branch Management. “He has implemented processes that deliver solutions to both branch managers and their teams.”
“I plan to continue the forward momentum we have successfully attained,” said Willard. “It’s a great feeling to see the direct impact we can have on our membership when we foster a member-centric culture.”
Willard received his undergrad degree from SIU Edwardsville and his MBA from Lindenwood University.
