Tigers Community Credit Union Welcomes Churchill as Chief Lending Officer

O’Fallon, MO. – Tigers Community Credit Union is excited to welcome Zach Churchill as their new Chief Lending Officer. In this role, Zach will lead all aspects of the credit union’s lending strategy, focusing on technology, member experience, and growth through innovation. His mission is to ensure lending processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with member needs. This includes improving speed-of-service, leveraging technology and finding creative ways to make borrowing efficient and seamless.

I also really enjoy developing high-performance teams and using our talents to deliver an exceptional borrowing experience.”

“Zach’s passion for innovation and member service will be the driving force to take our lending strategy to the next level,” shared Jason Peach, President/CEO of Tigers Community Credit Union. “With nearly 20 years of experience in the credit union industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge from his work in branches, lending, finance, and risk management at credit unions ranging from $250 million to $3 billion in assets. His experience and vision will help us continue building strong communities by empowering members to achieve their financial dreams.”   

Zach holds an MBA from the University of Tampa and was recognized as the 2022 CUES Emerge winner. He has three children, two dogs, and two cats. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and traveling.
