Tigers Community Credit Union would like to congratulate our 2021 scholarship winner! We are so proud of this year’s crop of graduates and their accomplishments given the uncertain circumstances. This year’s winner is: Gabriel Britt of Hickman High School.
Each year we are amazed at the quality of the candidates that apply for our scholarships. Every application is filled with merit, community service and exceptional recommendation letters from teachers and their community. It really makes it hard to narrow it down, which is a good problem to have.
“Life as we know it has changed dramatically since we started practicing social distancing by staying home as much as possible to help slow the spread of this virus,” said Lori Hudson, Community Outreach Specialist. “The need this fall for financial assistance and scholarships, may be more important than ever to help ease the financial burden of higher education. We have all been through a lot and we want to make sure we can do our part to help our community anyway we can.”
Scholarship applications are available on our website every year starting in January. Congratulations again and good luck next year!
